THESE ROLES ARE BASED IN CENTRAL NY

HR Director ? Manufacturing

SUMMARY:??Provide Human Resources direction in two manufacturing facilities with approximately 1,400 employees. Act as a change agent, both with HR policies, procedures and culture but also within the manufacturing facilities.

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources and/or Business or related degree.
  • Eight (8) plus years in a coaching, advising, consulting role with the ability to be a strong listener, with negotiating, selling and influencing skills. Multiple site experience preferred.
  • Must have five (5) years in a manufacturing environment, preferably with food or beverage.
  • Strong recruiting skills, on-boarding and orientation skills.
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload, in a fast-growing company, and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"

HR Manager ? Manufacturing

SUMMARY:??Provide Human Resources direction in 24/7 manufacturing facility with approximately 1,000 employees.

Education and Job Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Human Resources and/or Business or related degree required
  • Five (5) plus years in a coaching, advising, consulting role with the ability to be a strong listener, with negotiating, selling and influencing skills.
  • Must have five (5) years in a manufacturing environment, preferably with food or beverage.

Director of HR Administration ? Gaming/Service Industry

SUMMARY:?This person will be overseeing Compensation, Benefits and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).? Gaming Industry experience is not required, but they REALLY want someone from a Service Industry.? The role will have 3 people reporting to them who would be managers of Benefits, HRIS and Compensation.?

Education and Job Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of HR management experience with a large, operationally diverse organization, preferably in a service industry.
  • A bachelor?s degree in business management or human resources is required, with a Master?s in Human Resources or an MBA preferred.
  • Previous experience as a plan fiduciary for health and welfare plans is preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA and other wage, hour and labor laws.

HRIS Manager

SUMMARY:?MUST have experience with Infinium. Candidate should be very strong with system design. 2 direct reports (one focused on Benefits in Infinium and one focused on other stuff in Infinium)

Education and Job Requirements

  • Bachelor?s Degree in business or information systems or equivalent combination of education and system training and experience.?
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in master file maintenance with Infinium/AS400 applications including HR, Payroll and Query, preferably in a mid-to-large size organization (over 1,000) employees.?

SUMMARY:?In charge of Recruiting, Relocation/housing, and Licensing.??NEED?to have gaming experience so they understand licensing.? This person has 2 direct reports (Recruiting Supervisor and Licensing Manager) there are about 15 people in the group in total.?
